Immediately following today’s All Saints Day Mass in the Immaculate Conception Church, Steve Davidson, assistant principal and director of curriculum, together with Principal Tom Schergen, honored the October Students of the Month.
Students of the month are recognized monthly for their positive influence on the IC Catholic Prep Student Body through exemplary qualities of character, citizenship, service, & leadership along with their involvement in extracurricular activities.
Davidson noted that the female student of the month is a young woman who has volunteered her time outside of the normal school day to assist with changing school climate and was instrumental in planning many homecoming activities. He went on to say “she is involved in multiple sports, clubs & activities. She is a great student, supportive peer and an outstanding ambassador of IC Catholic Prep. Congratulations to Frankie Chaidez.”
“Our male student of the month is a young man who has gone above and beyond to support the IC Catholic Prep community,” said Davidson. “Along with organizing a successful fundraiser for Easterseals with our Football Program, he is involved in multiple sports, clubs & activities. Thomas Ryan demonstrates tremendous leadership in all facets of our community in everything he does.
Please join us in congratulating both Frankie Chaidez and Thomas Ryan.
