Principal Dispatch—May 14, 2020

Dear ICCP Families and Friends,

Today, the Class of 2020 concludes their high school careers at IC Catholic Prep. However, we know that your Knight experience will live on with each of you as you go forward as the newest class of the League of Knights—our alumni association. Once a Knight, Always a Knight.
Congratulations to the Class of 2020. In August 2019, at the beginning of this academic year, none of us would have anticipated these would be the circumstances under which we would be celebrating your accomplishment. Our school community is made up of students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends who know what it means to be determined and resilient in the face of obstacles. We strive toward our goals by adapting and innovating. We reach out for help when we need it and support one another when we see someone who could use a helping hand. I could not be more proud of what you have accomplished during this unprecedented time of COVID-19. You have earned all the glory that comes with it!

Graduation is a truly special time. We look forward to having you participate in person with us in July to celebrate this degree and to celebrate this moment in person. You are part of a historical graduating class. You’ll always hold a special place in the heart of our school, parish, and for me as your principal. We believe in you and all you can do with your IC Catholic Prep diploma!

Tentative dates for the graduation ceremony and other related senior events are scheduled. Download this week’s FAQs [PDF] for answers to more questions about grading, independent work days for students and the status of events and activities.
