Principal Dispatch—ICCP Returns to School

We are officially underway, and I am impressed with efforts demonstrated by our students, our parents, and our faculty and staff. Everyone has pitched in to do their part to make this extraordinary start safe and orderly. I have observed kindness, patience, good rule-following, and most of all an excitement to see each other in-person.

My Suburban Life [paywall] and Patch.com ran stories about our first day of school. As David Giuliani of the Patch noted “IC Catholic Prep saw something Wednesday that most local schools won’t see for some time — actual students.”

With the health and safety of all community members in mind, I want to provide everyone with a couple of reminders.

  1. We all share a responsibility to keep our students and faculty safe and healthy by making good choices when we are not in school
  2. Students, faculty and staff must self-certify each day prior to arrival and be screened for a temperature
Together we will thrive!

May Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception continue to guide and protect you.

Sincerely,

Stephen Davidson
Principal
